Senior Talent Manager
our client launched in 2011 and has been expanding rapidly over the last 12 years to provide a full 360 management to Talent across the Fashion, Digital, and Broadcast sectors. All three sectors of the agency (Digital, Fashion, and Broadcast) work closely together to ensure that their talents are strategically managed and reach their full potential in a wide variety of areas. They seek out opportunities for their talent across social media, TV, radio, press, social media, modeling, publishing, brand collaborations, and campaigns.
They currently represent a diverse roster of Digital Talent and are searching for an experienced Talent Manager to manage leading Talent in this area. This is a very exciting opportunity for an ambitious senior candidate to join an established division that continues to grow rapidly. You will be joining a team of four experienced Talent Managers and the role is full-time permanent and based in their office in London.
As a Senior Talent Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Independently managing a portfolio of Talent across our Digital Division.
- Creating long-term and tailored strategies for Talent.
- Developing strong personal relationships with Talent and supporting Talent on a day-to-
- day basis.
- Negotiating brand partnerships and managing influencer campaigns for Talent.
- Seeking out a diverse range of commercial opportunities for Talent including commercial
- partnerships, personal appearances, event attendance, corporate events, etc.
- Developing relationships with current and new clients.
- Sourcing and developing new Talent to join the division.
- Keeping informed of industry trends, networking, and attending industry-related events
- on behalf of the agency and with Talent.
- The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualities:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Talent Manager in a similar role.
- Proven ability to find, develop, and build successful strategies for Talent.
- Experience in managing leading Talent within the industry.
- Demonstrable network of brand contacts across fashion/beauty sectors.
- Experience in negotiating rates and contracts for social media campaigns.
- Thorough knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for growing influencer profiles
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and react quickly to any time-sensitive issues that arise.
- Collaborates well with other team members and brings positive energy to the team.
- Proactive and self-starter.
- Ambitious and creative.
