Agent – London Based

Seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented London-based agent to develop & maintain artist relations. This role will support the agency’s London Director(s) in maintaining artist relationships by managing daily calendars, daily communication with artists, coordinating deal memos, and call sheets, booking travel, helping with new business for existing talent, and general administration duties. This role will connect with fashion and entertainment professionals, and focus on European-based opportunities, contributing to a large network of VIP industry experts. Candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, organized, able to shift priorities & work under short deadlines in a fast-paced environment. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Producer/Jnr Agent

HOURS: M-F, 9:30 AM – 6 PM (TBBD by any production requirement)LOCATION: EAST LONDONHOLIDAY ALLOCATION: 20 Days Per Annum This role reports to the Owner, Managing Agent (Europe), and Global Head of Production. This role requires an in-office commitment of at least 3 days a week (production schedules dependent) in the office, located in East London. RESPONSIBILITIES: CLIENT OUTREACH:Initiate agency outreach, meetings, and presentations for the company. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients on behalf of the agency and artists across the UK, Paris, and Amsterdam territories. As well as developing new relationships for the production services in Europe and supporting the Managing Agent (Europe) with artist promotion and client building when appropriate. PRODUCTION SKILLS:Be comfortable estimating and producing with budgets ranging from £10K to £500K, and be responsible for wrapping and invoicing jobs post-shoot. Experience working closely with artists and agents when pitching on jobs to ensure budgets and treatments are aligned. Have produced both integrated and stills-only campaigns with a solid grasp of photo vs motion productions. Have a wide network of talented collaborators such as freelance producers, stylists, HMUA, art directors, crew, etc. NOTES: Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in the UK / European market and ideally a working knowledge of London, Paris, and mainland European markets. We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, self-motivated individual with an eye on the industry as it currently stands to participate in growing and building out the company with ideas based on where they believe the industry is going. Excellent communication skills are required, both written and spoken with a refined and experienced tone. Multiple languages are a bonus.
