As a Senior Automotive Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions in the automotive industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of automotive systems, components, and subsystems from concept to production.
• Conduct feasibility studies, analysis, and testing to validate design concepts and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide technical expertise in areas such as powertrain, chassis, electrical systems, and vehicle dynamics.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical support and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and clients to align project objectives and drive successful outcomes.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments to inform design decisions and enhance product performance.
• Drive innovation through research and development initiatives, proposing new ideas and solutions to address complex engineering challenges.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings, presenting project updates, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• years of experience in automotive engineering, with a focus on design, development, and testing.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within budget and timeline constraints.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB).
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, SAE, FMVSS) pertaining to automotive engineering.
