This position involves working closely with the senior producer, supporting agents, and artists in executing exceptional shoot production

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

• Create, oversee, and manage a variety of budgets, from intimate editorials to full-service advertising campaigns, for both stills and motion.
• Independently manage all aspects of an artist's production from client liaison, estimating, optioning, shoot scheduling, travel logistics, on-set production, and liaising with external
• production and service companies, film development and processing, postproduction and delivery.
• Create and manage intricate post-production processes for both stills and motion on both analog/digital.
• Reconcile and wrap job financials accurately and on time to report project profit to Directors.
• Advise, guide, and provide clients with creative budget solutions according to target spend and concepts.
• Be mindful of diversity and representation of all voices when hiring crew for a job.
• Maintain existing relationships and forge new relationships within the industry with collaborators, vendors, and peers alike.

Seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented London-based agent to develop & maintain artist relations. This role will support the agency's London Director(s) in maintaining artist relationships by managing daily calendars, daily communication with artists, coordinating deal memos, and call sheets, booking travel, helping with new business for existing talent, and general administration duties. This role will connect with fashion and entertainment professionals, and focus on European-based opportunities, contributing to a large network of VIP industry experts. Candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, organized, able to shift priorities & work under short deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to come up with out-of-the-box solutions and solve problems.
• Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize key projects.
• Informed with an understanding of the celebrity market: key fashion/ beauty
  trends, and influencers in the industry; keep up with current events,
  publications including magazines, blogs, etc.
• Ability to understand the client's needs and use effective way means to
  execute a solution.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful,
  efficient, as well as a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Experience with client billing is a plus.
• 2 years of experience in the fashion/ beauty industry is a plus.
• Flexibility with work hours.
• A candidate with contacts at advertising agencies/production companies
  would be particularly helpful here and this would benefit us in this area.
